Everything high school seniors need to know about college can be learned from Noah's Ark:
1. Don’t fall overboard (i.e., don’t drop out of college).
2. College may rock your boat… but you’ll be okay.
3. As freshmen, everyone is in the same boat.
4. Plan ahead for your studying, classes, tests, papers. (Remember, Noah built the Ark before the rain.)
5. Sometimes your critics end up in the water.
6. For safety's sake, travel in pairs.
7. When you're stressed, float for a while.
8. Remember that Fear is nothing more than "False Evidence Appearing Real." The woodpeckers on the INSIDE are often a bigger threat to your overall well being than the storms raging on the outside.
9. The Ark was built by amateurs; the Titanic by engineers.
10. No matter the storm, there's always a rainbow waiting… and Sophomore year!
